On this page, you will find a description of the services that I provide, and the costs of those services. You will also find links to the forms that I have created for my customers to use to send in orders. This will prevent unnecessary use of e-mail; these forms are used to send in the information needed to start your project.

.:: Website Design ::.

This, of course, is the primary reason for my company, although not my only one. I will create a website for an individual or a business, according to what your needs are.

I have a webpage that specifically describes some website packages that I have set up for some of my customers. To view that page, please visit my Packages page. If you would simply like to fill in my website creation form, please go to my Online Forms link (on the right).

.:: Website Graphics ::.

If you have seen some of my personal websites, you will notice that I use artists' artwork as a basis to create some of the backgrounds and buttons for my pages. This is done only after receiving permission from the artist to display their artwork. If you also would like to show similar backgrounds, but you do not have the knowledge (or possibly the software) to do so, I have a deal for you! I have started creating backgrounds and buttons for others to use. However, at this time, I have to charge for this service. I can also create graphical backgrounds (i.e. not using artists' work) for the same price. The charge for this service is $25, and this includes the following:

  • one background;
  • one 'welcome' graphic;
  • one e-mail graphic;
  • a set of 'Sign My Guestbook' and 'View My Guestbook' buttons;
  • one bar

If this is something that you would be interested, please send e-mail using the link on the right. If you would like to have a background set, but need more buttons or have a special request, please include that information. I will inform you if there is a price increase, and what I can do for you. If you are requesting graphical backgrounds, make sure you state any colors that you prefer or styles.

Once the set is created (and paid for), I will send the graphic set to you, along with the appropriate backgrounds logo. I request that you use the background graphic and link it to this site, and also provide a link to the artist (as well as giving them credit for the work).

.:: Computer Training ::.

Due to recent requests, I have started offering computer training on-line. I offer training on the following (if you don't see something that you are interested in, please contact me, and it is entirely possible that I offer training in the area that you need).

  • Basic computer training (how to change fonts on your pc, etc.)
  • Basic MS Word training
  • Basic MS Office 2000 training;
  • Basic html training (using HomeSite software or Notepad);
  • Advanced html training;
  • Virtual Places training (how to use virtual places chat program);
  • ICQ training;
  • Basic graphics training (using Paint Shop Pro 8);
  • Much more

The charge for this service is $15/hour, and there is a deposit required before the start of class. If you are interested in attending class, please make sure you know what types of questions you need help with, and then visit my Computer Training Form. Fill in the information requested, and you will receive a response within 24 hours telling you when the next class is, and what requirements you need to have fulfilled before the start of class. .:: Virtual Assistant ::.

What exactly is a Virtual Assistant? The best explanation is to think of it as an internet secretary. I have listed some of the items that I can offer as a Virtual Assistant, which is billed at $15/hour:

Secretarial duties:
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirming appointments
  • Tracking special events [birthdays, anniversaries, etc.]
  • Sending out cards and/or gifts for special events
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing lists for office supplies, and special events

    Administrative Assistant duties:
  • Preparing and updating résumés
  • Receiving faxes
  • Preparing word processing of all types
  • Mailing brochures
  • Preparing presentation files
  • Proofreading and editing
  • Creating and maintaining database lists
  • Internet research
  • Mailing out letters
  • Printing letters on letterhead
  • Transcribe letters, memos, and manuscripts from tape or handwritten notes. I can also transcribe from digital recordings now.

    Mail Services duties:
  • Answer e-mail
  • Retrieving and sorting out junk e-mail
  • Forwarding all other e-mail messages in order of importance

    Bookkeeping duties:
  • Creating & mailing invoices to your clients
  • Sending out reminders of when bills are due, & details of each bill

    .:: Business Cards ::.

    Along with website design & creating graphics, I also offer services that have to do with normal everyday office services. One of those services is printing business cards. They are designed using MS Word, and printed right here, which also keeps the cost down. They are mailed out after the design is approved, and payment received. The price will depend on how many cards, of course, but they start out at $20 for a set of 100 on white business card stock. If this is something that interests you, please contact me via e-mail.

    .:: Resumes ::.

    I have brought back a package that I offered some time ago. With so many people needing quality résumés & business cards for interviews in this economy of lay-offs, and people looking for work, I have created the following package:

    • a one-page website which contains your résumé
    • 200 business cards
    • 25 printed résumés

    The total package would come to $120, materials included. If you need more printed résumés in the original package, there would be a slight charge, but very reasonable. I could reprint the business cards & résumés as you need them. If this is something that interests you, please contact me via e-mail.

    .:: Word Processing and Transcription ::.

    I also offer word processing (typing) service for those that are interested. I am able to do projects using MS Word, FrameMaker, etc. If you have a special request, please get in touch with me. This includes all types of projects from internet searches, to letters and manuscripts, and everything in-between. The charge for the typing is based on per-page charge ($4/page). If this is out of your price range, contact me...I am willing to negotiate. Material may be sent via e-mail (if you need things to be formatted only), via snail mail and also via fax or tapes (for transcription). An additional note: I also handle digital transcription now. Simply have your transcription is mp3 files and send them to me. I will transcribe them for you and make arrangements for you to retrieve them from a password protected folder on my server.

    .:: Proofreading and Editing ::.

    A new service that I have added is proofreading and/or editing of your office and website projects.

    For a small fee, I will proofread/edit your projects, in print and/or electronic format.
