I can design your website according to what your requests are, whether you are an individual wanting a personal website or you belong to a company that needs to have a website built.

My rates start at $75/page, which includes the graphics and html, uploaded to the webserver of your choice. If you prefer, I can bill you at an hourly rate. I also offer discounts to those who need more then one page, as well as those that need my services for updates and maintenance of their websites.

As for what $75/page will get you, you may ask? That is my 'basic' page rate, I would build a webpage for you with the following:

• a background [for those who like the 3-tiered background effect, I count that in this price as well];
• a 'welcome' or 'title' graphic;
• guestbook graphics;
• a bar graphic;
• e-mail button;
• text for the page;
• simple guestbook;
• top graphic or animation [your choice];
• a 'logo' for your page [so that others may use it to link to your site];

If you are wanting something a little fancier with either frames or iframes (very popular nowadays), that can be done as well for a very reasonable fee. My sample pages, for example, would be $75/page once the guestbook is added. They can be done fairly quickly as well. I also offer maintenance & updates of your websites for a low & very reasonable fee.

I also have designed a special package for individuals involved with chat programs (there are several free ones that are used, along with pay versions).

I will create the following:

• a 'room' that you can invite people to while chatting;
  
• an 'avatar' that matches the background of your room (both a mega and a regular avatar);
  
• a 'tour' graphic that matches the background of your room;
  
• a 'frame' that matches the room and/or avatar;

If you want to have a one-page website (or 'room'), the charge would be $75; if you would like to have more than one-page for people to use, contact me and I will give you an estimate of the cost.

If you are interested in a paintshop, a wolfpack, or other specialized 'family' sites, please contact me for a special price.

.:: Website Graphics ::.

If you have seen some of my personal websites or websites that I have created for others that are personal websites, you will notice that I use artists' artwork as a basis to create some of the backgrounds and buttons for my pages. This is done only after receiving permission from the artist to display their artwork. If you also would like to show similar backgrounds, but you do not have the knowledge (or possibly the software) to do so, I have a deal for you! I have started creating backgrounds and buttons for others to use. There is no charge for this service (within reason, of course), but I do require that you include my logo, a link to my site, as well as a link to the artist(s) website. This includes the following:

• one background;
  
• one 'welcome' graphic;
  
• one e-mail graphic;
  
• a set of 'Sign My Guestbook' and 'View My Guestbook' buttons;
  
• one bar;
  
• one 'logo' for your site (for people to link to your site);

Once the set is created, I will send the graphic set to you, along with my backgrounds logo, and a logo for the artist. I request that you use the background graphic and link it to this site, and also provide a link to the artist (as well as giving them credit for the work).

If you would prefer a graphical set (instead of the artwork set), the charge would be $25.00 (since it would be original works).

Due to recent requests, I have started offering computer training on-line. I offer training on the following (if you don't see something that you are interested in, please contact us, and it is entirely possible that I offer training in the area that you need).

The charge for this service is $15/hour, and there is a deposit required before the start of class. What exactly is a 'Virtual Assistant'? The best explanation is to think of it as an internet secretary. I have listed some of the items that I can offer as a Virtual Assistant, which would be billed at $15/hour:

Bookkeeping duties:
	Creating & mailing invoices to your clients
	Sending out reminders of when bills are due, & details of each bill

.:: Secretarial Services ::.

For those with small businesses, or those that need a secretary, but have no office space; I have a unique offer.

Instead of hiring a secretary or data entry operator, and paying a temporary agency an outrageous fee, I can do the same work, using my computer, and my working space and materials. It saves you from having to purchase or lease more equipment, and more space that could be utilized by other employees that would need it more. It would also save you money (you would only be paying hourly wages instead of wages plus agency fees).

The fees would range (depending on the service, of course) from $10/hour to $15/hour.

For those interested, word processing would include any of the following duties:

• internet searches;
• proofreading;
• editing;
• letters typed;
• manuscripts typed;
• transcription;
• technical reports;

.:: Business Cards ::.

Along with website design & creating graphics, I also offer services that have to do with normal everyday office services. One of those services is printing business cards. They are designed using MS Word, and printed right here, which also keeps the cost down. They are mailed out after the design is approved, and payment received. The price will depend on how many cards, of course, but they start out at $20 for a set of 100 on white business card stock. If this is something that interests you, please contact me via e-mail.

.:: Resumes ::.

I have brought back a package that I offered some time ago. With so many people needing quality résumés & business cards for interviews in this economy of lay-offs, and people looking for work, I have created the following package:

• a one-page website which contains your résumé
• 200 business cards
• 25 printed résumés

The total package would come to $120, materials included. If you need more printed résumés in the original package, there would be a slight charge, but very reasonable.
